I’m Michael. I run Saunart from Castle Rock, and I’ve built saunas myself. From your first question to your first night in it, you deal with me.
Serving Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Parker and the rest of Colorado.
Saunart is based in Castle Rock. Our Local sauna is built from locally milled Colorado Engelmann Spruce, and its $6,000 base price includes delivery and installation. Because we build it, we warranty it ourselves: 5 years on the structure and our installation. This run is sold out; join the waitlist for the next build. Our kits and the handcrafted Iglucraft saunas from Estonia come through Bathing Brands, with freight and installation quoted separately.
Electric heaters need a dedicated 240V supply and an electrician. Every sauna needs a suitable base and access. Local includes delivery and installation; we confirm its site and electrical requirements with you. For kits, site work, utilities and installation are arranged separately. Propane and wood-fired packages have their own ventilation and clearance requirements.
Iglucraft Single arrives fully assembled. The wood-fired version includes a stove and chimney; the electric version needs a separately selected heater system. You still need a suitable base, truck access, and a plan for unloading and placing it by forklift or crane. Your quote confirms equipment, delivery and any site services.
Portable saunas come with a matched propane heater. For cabins, propane and wood are options on 91-inch barrels and on Large or Suite + changing room cubes, after a fit review. Smaller cabins don’t have the overhead clearance these heaters need. Before we confirm, we check the heater position, room volume, ventilation and any changes the cabin needs.
Wi-Fi lets you control heating from a wall panel or your phone. Available control options are listed with each heater. Local offers Classic and exposed-stone heaters with standard or Wi-Fi controls. Each heater add-on includes its listed controls and stones. We confirm remote-start safeguards and any required safety hardware before ordering.
Local includes delivery and installation. For kits, we confirm freight charges, delivery access and unloading arrangements in your written quote. Tell us about narrow roads, slopes or limited access so we can plan for your site.
Local is sold out right now. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you when the next build is available; no deposit is required. For kits, we check supplier availability and give you an estimated delivery timeframe with your quote.
